Product Description
Powder Separator Applicable Cement, pulverized coal, calcium-based powder, silicon micropowder, titanium dioxide, silica powder, iron ore, quartz stone, construction waste, gold ore, etc.
This machine is mainly composed of a housing, a rotating part, a transmission part, a lubrication system and the like. The housing portion is composed of a housing, a hopper, a feed hopper, a bent pipe, and the like. A guide vane, a buffer plate and an air seal ring are arranged in the casing. An inspection door is opened on the side of the casing and the top cover. The ceramic sheet is adhered to the first and second air inlets and the outlet of the elbow; the wear hopper, the guide vane and the buffer plate are all welded with wear-resistant materials, and the wear lining is added to the ash bucket to prevent wear. The upper part of the housing is subjected to the weight of the motor, reducer and support connected by the spindle of the classifier.
The rotating part is composed of a rotor, a spindle bearing and the like. The rotor is fixed to the main shaft by a key, and the main shaft is rotated by the transmission portion. The rotor consists of a spreading disc, a horizontal vertical grid, upper and lower bushings, and a coupling plate. The rotor is the core part of the classifier. Both the main shaft and the bearings are mounted in the main shaft sleeve. The bearings are lubricated with thin oil and sealed with a rubber skeleton oil seal and a gas seal.
